No Fuss Fruit Smoothie


Ingredients

3 handfuls blueberries
3 apples (cored and sliced)
3 banana (peeled and chopped)
450 g Low Fat Natural Yogurt
3 tbsp ground flax seed

Method

Place all the ingredients into a food blender.

Blend until smooth and serve.
