Baby – Icy Strawberry Cream


Ingredients

Icy Strawberry Cream
2 x 50g pots of strawberry fromage frais
50g mascarpone cheese
50g strawberries
1 drop of vanilla essence

Method

Serves 4. Suitable for baby’s from 8-9 months.

Mix the yoghurt and cheese together, put into a dish (suitable for the freezer) and freeze for 2 hours.

Puree the strawberries and vanilla essence — mix together with the frozen yoghurt.

Note: As this recipe has a firmer consistency it is suitable for your baby in the later stages of weaning (from about 8-9 months).
