4 pieces of trifle sponge(20g each), cubed
2 pots rasberry or strawberry yoghurt
4 tbsp reduced-fat custard
160g fresh berries, e.g. rasberries, strawberries or blueberries
- Wash and dry the berries. If you are using strawberries, halve them.
- Break up the trifle sponges into bite-size pieces. Place some of the trifle sponge in the bottom of 4 sundae glasses.
- Add a few berries & a spoonful yoghurt. Continue to layer like this and finally top with the custard and garnish with berries.
