“I chose this recipe as it is very simple, tasty and nutritious. It also has no added salt or sugar. I am entering it as my son cries for more when I take the empty bowl away, so it is a very popular dish in my home.”

This recipe has a lovely combination of naturally sweet carrots and sweet potato which are good sources of vitamin C and beta-carotene. The chicken is a valuable source of protein and iron for your baby also.

Friday Night Fajitas

These Fajitas are great served with guacamole, tomato salsa and natural yogurt placed on the table in little bowls. If you are entertaining, you could serve with some Mexican rice too. If you don’t have all the spices, it’s fine to use a packet of fajita spice mix!

Serves 4 hungry adults

Simple chicken curry

This delicious recipe is a quick and nutritious alternative to what you might be tempted to order in on a Friday night and is a real family favourite. This recipe is very mild and suitable for the whole family but of course you can add some fresh chilli with your garlic and onion for some spice.
