Ingredients
40g porridge oats
1 tbsp sultanas/raisins
250ml low-fat milk/Growing Up Milk
1 banana
cinnamon powder
Method
- Put the oats and raisins/sultanas into a bowl and pour in the milk.
- Cook in the microwave (750W).
- Mash the banana and stir into the cooked porridge.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
